Watch your back! The arrow demon seems stunned but he did strike Spiritman before.

"Rescue those who are being led away to death! Indeed, hold back those who are staggering to the slaughter!"
Proverbs 24:11 WEB

A sensitive moment. Martin has just apologized for not sharing good news with Chelsea and Spiritman is still fighting off demons.

"LORD, how long will the wicked, how long will the wicked triumph? They pour out arrogant words. All the evildoers boast. They break your people in pieces, LORD, and afflict your heritage."
Psalm 94:3-5 WMB

Martin finally has the courage to share openly what he really cares about.

"Your loving kindness, LORD, is in the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies."
Psalm 36:5 WMB

In issue 1 Martin had a dream about Chelsea that turned out to be real. After hearing Martin's explanation I'm surprised that Chelsea has even bothered to ask.

"Know that the LORD, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture."
Psalm 100:3 WMB

Big reveal. Martin tells Chelsea that he is Spiritman. I think Martin is just starting to get his mind around the idea. After all, it has only been about a day and a half since our story began.

"Behold, God our shield, look at the face of your anointed. For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness."
Psalm 84:9-10 WMB

Back with a bang... or actually a "SCHUNK." Spiritman finishes off the behemoth that came crashing to the ground when Martin said, "I'm sorry."

"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death. Therefore rejoice, heavens, and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and to the sea, because the devil has gone down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has but a short time."
Revelation 12:11-12 WMB

Hello! My name is Amanda. I am a teenager, an aspiring Christian author, and a hopeless superhero addict. I just wanted to thank you two for writing those books. Their message came to me at a time when I needed it. They gave me hope. Keep writing and never give up.
