Off to school but still deep in thought... still talking to God. When does prayer happen? For Martin it is a conversation with God. It seems to be ongoing. The scriptures instruct us to pray without ceasing.
"Always rejoice. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Messiah Yeshua toward you."

Still in Martin's head, mostly his thoughts. This is a panel that the writer really loves. Scott gets a turn to really shine. Actually, the way that we work there is a lot of back and forth. Before the story is written we talk a bit about what should happen, but mostly the story is dreamed up by Scott. I will take what he has written and transfer it into visual storytelling. Then I show it to Scott. If something doesn't seem right we will rework it. In a way we act as editors for each other.

Martin sees Chelsea, the girl from his earlier dream who was running through the woods. He is wondering about her story.
I like how Scott manages pacing. He allows things to slow down and become really thoughtful, then events accelerate rapidly.

Introducing Cameron... actually he entered in our last comic post but I was a little distracted being at Itasca State Park. Cameron fills the role of comic relief with lots of room for character development... as you will see if you keep reading.
